Processing and Shipping Time

Total time: Approximately 11 to 13 days.

Processing (5 to 8 days): Once your order is confirmed by one of our agents, it is dispatched to our logistics center in Miami.

Preparation and packing (1 to 2 days): Once we have the daily orders at the logistics center, they are classified, packed, and shipped through our partnership with USPS Priority Mail.

At this point, we will send your USPS Tracking Number, please note that it takes 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive at our logistics center in Miami, and it is only once it arrives here that it is distributed to its final destination in your hands. Your Tracking Number will be sent via email, WhatsApp (and SMS if you have authorized us to send you messages).

Shipping with USPS (3 to 4 days): To ensure the integrity and security of orders, we recommend that you accept to pick them up at the USPS office closest to your home or office address, so we are sure that only you pick up your order. We can modify this condition upon your request, but we recommend that you pick up at the nearest USPS post office.

Remember that we have a strict fraud prevention control, for this reason if your purchase is made with a credit card, the cardholder must be the same as the purchaser and the recipient, in all cases where this condition is not met the purchase will be reversed, without exceptions.

Orders paid with credit card take up to one (1) business day to be confirmed after the payment has been processed; only after this period can they be dispatched or picked up at our locations depending on availability. The useful life of any product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal use and wear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.
