Processing and Shipping Time

Total time: Approximately 11 to 13 days.

  1. Processing (5 to 8 days): Once your order is confirmed by one of our agents, it is dispatched to our logistics headquarters in Miami.
  2. Preparation and packaging (1 to 2 days): Once we have the daily orders at the logistics center, they are classified, packed, and shipped through our partnership with USPS Priority Mail.
  3. At this point, we will send you your USPS Tracking Number, keep in mind that it takes 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive at our logistics hub in Miami, and it is once it arrives here that it is distributed to its final destination in your hands. Your Tracking Number will be sent via email, WhatsApp (and SMS if you have authorized us to send you messages).
  4. Shipping with USPS (3 to 4 days): To ensure the integrity and security of orders, we recommend that you accept to pick them up at the nearest USPS office to your home or office address, so we are sure that only you pick up your order. This condition can be modified upon your request, but we recommend that you pick up at the nearest USPS post office.

*Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Saturday.

Shipping methods

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and costs, which will be applied to your order. When you check out, you will be asked to select a shipping method for your product(s). Before finalizing your order, the total shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

We do not refund the costs of express shipping in the case of returns of items.

Due to logistical difficulties in shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply additional terms and conditions to that order (including, without limitation, the condition that each order reaches a minimum amount). Our customer service will notify you of the cancellation and/or the application of these conditions as soon as possible after you place your order.
