Processing and Shipping Time

Total time: Approximately 11 to 13 days.

Processing (5 to 8 days): Once your order is confirmed by one of our agents, it is dispatched to our logistics center in Miami.

Preparation and packing (1 to 2 days): Once we have the daily orders at the logistics center, they are classified, packed, and shipped through our partnership with USPS Priority Mail.

At this point, we will send your USPS Tracking Number, please note that it takes 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive at our logistics center in Miami, and it is only once it arrives here that it is distributed to its final destination in your hands. Your Tracking Number will be sent via email, WhatsApp (and SMS if you have authorized us to send you messages).

Shipping with USPS (3 to 4 days): To ensure the integrity and security of orders, we recommend that you accept to pick them up at the USPS office closest to your home or office address, so we are sure that only you pick up your order.
