Processing and Shipping Time

Total time: Approximately 11 to 13 days.

Processing (5 to 8 days): Once your order is confirmed by one of our agents, it is dispatched to our logistics center in Miami.

Preparation and packaging (1 to 2 days): Once we receive the daily orders at the logistics center, they are sorted, packaged, and shipped through our partnership with USPS Priority Mail.

At this point, we will send your USPS Tracking Number. Please note that it takes between 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive at our logistics center in Miami, and it is only once it arrives here that it is distributed to its final destination in your hands. Your Tracking Number will be sent via email, WhatsApp (and SMS if you have authorized us to send you messages).

Shipping with USPS (3 to 4 days): To ensure the integrity and security of orders, we recommend that you accept to pick them up at the USPS office closest to your home or office address, so we can be sure that only you collect your order. We can modify this condition upon your request, but we recommend that you pick up your order at the nearest USPS post office.

*Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Saturday.

Please remember that we have a strict fraud prevention control; therefore, if your purchase is made with a credit card, the cardholder must be the same as the purchaser and the recipient. In all cases where this condition is not met, the purchase will be reversed without exceptions.

Orders paid with a credit card take up to one (1) business day to be confirmed after the payment has been processed; only after this period can they be dispatched or picked up at our locations according to availability. There will be no immediate delivery for this type of payment, without exceptions.

We will request additional verification for security reasons, which will be requested through our customer service line:

1. Photograph of your Driver's License or Passport.
2. Photograph of the credit card where you will cover the first 12 digits and leave visible the last 4 digits and your name; you must also cover the expiration date.

Under no circumstances will our officials request a photograph or details about the CVV verification digits that are normally found on the back of your card.

If you do not wish to perform data verification, we invite you to use other methods such as Zelle, CashApp, or USDT.

The quality control department of NAPOLEONE USA, LLC will inspect the returned products; if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the cost of the product will be refunded. We are committed to refunding the full cost of defective products.

If the issue is due to reasons contrary to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the original product to you. We do not refund products:

If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)

If they have been damaged by improper use or activities other than the intended purpose.

The lifespan of any product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use, and the user's characteristic wear patterns. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
